These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the required information on the brand and the products sold by the brand, and is also a platform through which its products can be bought. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In sum, in no event shall Company's total liability to the User for all damages and/or losses and/or causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

7. Pricing and Orders

All prices listed on www.briyosupplements.com are listed at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rates and/or all other taxes that may be levied by the Government from time to time. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Briyo Supplements shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. Briyo Supplements reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order on the website.

Briyo products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for a balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Results may vary from person to person. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the other provisions in this clause, the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services.
