Cancellation Policy

At Briyo Supplements, we understand that plans change. This policy explains how and when you can cancel an order placed on www.briyosupplements.com.

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been packed and handed to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled and will need to be handled under our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy instead.

To cancel an order, email us at cs@briyosupplements.com, call us on 08071580346, or message us on WhatsApp at 7069467779 with your Order ID as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so earlier requests are more likely to be actioned before dispatch.

2. Eligible Reasons for Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Order placed by mistake, or with an incorrect product, quantity or address
  • Change of mind before dispatch
  • Delay in the dispatch timeline communicated to you
  • Duplicate orders

3. Orders Already Dispatched

Once your order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the product, you may refuse delivery (see Section 4). Please note that a change of mind after delivery is not an eligible reason for a return under our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Cancellation before dispatch works the same way as for prepaid orders, and no charges apply.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders at the doorstep, or a pattern of placing and refusing COD orders, is treated as COD misuse. Briyo Supplements reserves the right to restrict COD as a payment option for accounts or phone numbers with a history of refused deliveries, and to require prepayment on future orders.
  • If a COD order is refused at the doorstep without a valid reason, such as visible damage or tampering, it is treated as a failed delivery rather than a cancellation, and reshipping charges may apply if you request the order again.

5. Our Right to Cancel

Briyo Supplements reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, including in cases of:

  • A pricing or listing error on the website
  • Unavailability of stock
  • Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Inability to deliver to the address provided
  • Any operational or logistical constraint beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel an order for any of these reasons we will notify you, and prepaid orders will be refunded in full on the timelines set out in Section 6.

6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds are initiated within 2–3 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.
  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Cash on Delivery orders are not charged until delivery, so no refund applies to a pre-dispatch cancellation.
