What we ask in return
- Keep reorders reasonably timely, so we can plan stock and you do not run empty on a fast mover.
- Give accurate business information at application. GST and registration are verified before onboarding.
- Sell through your own store or storefront.
- Represent the product as it is on the label. If a customer asks something you are unsure about, send it to us rather than guessing.
Questions retailers ask
What is the minimum order?
Minimum order is set by tier and confirmed in writing on approval. There is no separate per-SKU minimum, so you can spread it across the range rather than committing to cases of one product.
Do I have to stock Briyo exclusively?
No. There is no exclusivity requirement at any tier, and stocking competing brands does not affect your margin or tier.
What if my volume changes?
Tiers are reviewed quarterly based on trailing three-month volume. If your volume moves into another tier, the applicable tier is confirmed at review.
