How this works, plainly

You get a personal discount code. Your audience saves with it, and you earn a percentage of every sale placed through it. The rate depends on your tier, and we confirm it in writing when you are approved, before you post anything.

In return, every post has to declare the partnership. ASCI requires disclosure of a material connection, and enforcement in the supplement category is active, so this is a condition of the programme rather than a nice-to-have. It protects you as much as it protects us.

We will never ask you to say a product treats or cures anything, because it cannot, and because it would put your account and our licence at risk.

A commission partnership, not a free-product exchange

What this is

  • An always-on commission partnership. You earn on every sale through your code, for as long as you are in the programme.
  • Openly declared. Every post carries a disclosure, which ASCI requires and which we treat as a condition, not a preference.
  • A path upward. Consistent performance moves you to the next tier automatically, with no reapplying.
  • Yours to make. We will not hand you a script or ask you to recite claims you have not checked.

What it is not

  • Not a one-off paid collaboration. Large brand deals happen separately and are not part of this programme.
  • Not a free-product exchange. Product comes with the partnership, but the commission is the point.
  • Not open without disclosure. Posting a code without declaring the partnership ends the arrangement.
  • Not a licence to make health claims. Supplements cannot be presented as treating or curing anything.

How it works

  2. 2 We review We check fit and spot-check the numbers. Usually 2 to 3 business days, and we reply either way.
  3. 3 Code and product Approved creators get a unique code, a tracked link, and a welcome product.
  4. 4 Post and disclose Share what you actually think, tag us, use your code, and mark the post as a partnership.
  5. 5 Get paid Sales are tracked against your code and paid on the programme's regular cycle.

Please do

  • Say what you actually think. A qualified opinion is worth more to us than an enthusiastic one.
  • Disclose on every post. Use a clear tag such as #ad, #collab or #BriyoPartner where your audience will see it, not buried in the caption.
  • Stick to what is on the label and the product page. If you want to say more, ask us first.
  • Send us the questions you cannot answer. We would rather field a query than have you guess on camera.

Please do not

  • Do not say a product treats, cures or prevents any condition. This is not a style preference, it is the law.
  • Do not hide the partnership, or drop the disclosure once the first post has gone up.
  • Do not promise outcomes, timelines or results, or imply that a supplement replaces medical advice.
  • Do not disparage other brands by name. Talk about what ours does instead.

Under Indian law a supplement cannot be presented as treating, curing or preventing any disease or condition. This applies to captions, voiceover, on-screen text and comments. If you are unsure whether a phrasing crosses that line, send it to us before posting rather than after.

When and how do I get paid?
Commission is calculated on completed orders placed through your code and paid on a regular cycle once you pass the minimum threshold. Exact cadence, threshold and payment method are being confirmed and will be in your welcome email. Placeholder pending sign-off.
How does the code actually work?
You get a unique code and a tracked link. Anything bought with either is attributed to you automatically, so there is nothing to log or claim manually.
What if my follower count changes?
Tiers are reviewed periodically and you move up automatically when you cross a threshold, with no reapplying. Growth moves you up; a quiet month does not move you down without a conversation.
What happens if an order is returned?
Commission is calculated on orders that complete, so refunded and cancelled orders are excluded. If commission was already paid on an order that is later refunded, it is adjusted against the next payout.
Can I still do a paid campaign with Briyo?
Yes. This programme is the always-on commission track. One-off paid campaigns are arranged separately and being in this programme does not rule them out.
