Orders & Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Confirmation

Once your order has been placed on our Website, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted and processed once you have confirmed your order through the email or mobile link provided.

We will send you another email to confirm dispatch and acceptance of your order once it has been prepared for shipment.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed between 3-6 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

During the processing period, the product(s) will be inspected and carefully packaged prior to being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.

Please note that for orders containing multiple products, dispatch and delivery may happen in multiple shipments.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping Charges

  • Orders of INR 499 and above: Free shipping (no shipping charges applicable)

  • Orders below INR 499: Shipping charge of INR 50

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options depending on your location and preference. Delivery estimates will be provided upon order confirmation and will be displayed on your order confirmation page.

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 business days from order confirmation.

Please note that estimated delivery times are indicative. There may be unforeseeable delays beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic congestion, holidays, or carrier delays. In such cases, you will be notified by email with updates regarding the delay.


Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched to our delivery partner.

The shipment confirmation email will contain:

  • Tracking number

  • Name of the courier/delivery partner

  • Estimated delivery date

You can also track your order status by logging into your account and clicking on the "Your Orders" section in your account dashboard.

Order tracking details will be available 24 hours after dispatch. Please allow sufficient time for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.


Delivery and Address

Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible at the address you provided during checkout.

In case our delivery partners are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you directly to resolve the issue and schedule a convenient delivery time.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete, accurate, and accessible during the delivery window.


International Shipping

Briyo Supplements currently only ships within India. We do not ship outside of India at this time. If you are located outside India, you will not be able to place an order on our Website.


Damages and Lost Products During Shipping

Damaged Products

Briyo Supplements is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping by the carrier. However, if you receive your order damaged, please:

  1. Contact our support team immediately at [email protected] or call us at the number provided in the Contact Information section below.

  2. File a claim with the shipment carrier within the stipulated timeframe (usually 3-5 days from delivery).

  3. Provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging as evidence.

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Briyo Supplements is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address you provided during checkout.

If your package is confirmed as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, or building management to confirm the package was not misplaced.

  2. Contact us at [email protected] immediately with order details and any relevant information.

  3. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Briyo Supplements is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be applied to your order.

All taxes, tariffs, duties, and charges imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that if you are ordering from a location that may incur such charges, you will be responsible for paying them at the time of delivery or import.


Returns and Exchanges

For information regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, and our return process, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy available on our Website.

You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, sealed, and in its original condition.


Order Issues and Resolution

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order, it can only be cancelled if it has not yet been dispatched. To request cancellation, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receipt, subject to our return policy terms.

Undelivered or Delayed Orders

In the event that your order cannot be delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe due to any reason beyond our control, we will:

  1. Notify you by email explaining the reason for the delay.

  2. Provide you with an updated estimated delivery date.

  3. Allow you to either wait for delivery or cancel the order and request a refund.
