Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

 

Orders made through website can be cancelled only if they are yet to be shipped. To cancel the orders please write to our customer support team at info@briyosupplements.com.

 

If the cancellation is made on time, then in such cases refund for your order shall be made within 10 business days, since the acknowledgment of the cancellation has been given. Orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Refund Policy

 

Briyo Supplements shall only replace or accept returns in the following cases:

 

If the product has been damaged during transit or the shipped products have physical defects or in case an alternate product has been shipped. In these cases, the buyer is requested to share a snap of the defected product and send us through an email at info@briyosupplements.com within 48 hours of the delivery. 

 

If you wish to return your entire order, you can request us to do so with 48 hours of the delivery of the product. The buyer shall be requested to state the reason for the return of the product. Note that the the return shall only be accepted if the product remains unused and the seal remain intact. 

 

Once the return has been validated by our team, you shall receive a confirmation through an email. Your payment shall be refunded soon after. In case the return is not accepted the product shall be couriered back to you.

 

If the purchase has been made online, we shall refund the same back to the original source within 7 business days since the day the return had been accepted. If the purchase was made through COD - we shall refund the amount to your bank account within 14 business days since the day the return had been accepted.
